Returns and Exchanges
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged parcel, the only way to receive a discount / refund is by having insurance, Australia Post and other international carriers only offer compensation if you have insurance
We realise this is frustrating however this is the policy of all major postal carriers and we are powerless without the postal insurance.
Shipping insurance costs
$9.50 for the first $100 in value of your order
$2.50 for every $100 after the first hundred
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- The item is not a TCG or Trading Card Game item
- If the item is damaged in any way
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind or if you purchased the item in error.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
